centrifugal fan design software purchase

Can u suggest me a good centrifugal fan design + drafting software. We want to purchase one copy.

Dear MG Vasi,

the development of fans is not as easy as you may imagine.

The use of CFD-programmes (e.g. CFX, Fluent,..) and 3D-CAD-programmes (e.g. ProEngineer, Catia, Solid Works,...) is necessary. There is no simple design- and drafting software available.
