But I was seeking an opininion from you if possible on design quality of softwares like Centrix from RAK Solutions, Australia.

this software seems to be not a fan design software. According to the specifications the Centrix-software has to be fed with basic fan data and then it calculates different fan performances based on this data. Also the outpout of CAD-data seems to be possible.
We do not have any experience with such a software. As I have already told you fan development is not as easy as it seems and needs much knowledge about fluid mechanics and complex CFD-software is a great help.
Our
fan selection software for our centrifugal fans is programmed by our own.
