Power distribution including motor protection

Directly connected, two fans at one motor protection unit, altogether 6 fans.
In compliance with this device, Ziehl-Abegg offers current distributions for parallel operation of fans. This units are equipped with plastic housings IP54 and complete wired motor protection units including status signal contacts. There are different versions available, fitted to the number of fans which should be connected. If desired, a installed main switch is possible.
The following functionality is already included:
• Motor protection units for direct connection of fans and TB.
• Integrated over current release for line protection to the motors.
• Potential free status signal contact.
• Individual switch function of each motor protection unit. Each unit is individual lockable (with padlock).
• Cable entry point through a flexible membrane flange. No screwed cable gland is necessary.
The current distributions are available for a maximum current of 80 amps. Usually they where connected to the output of the Ziehl-Abegg controllers, alternative they where connected directly to mains supply.
Installation will be easier, every time where fans used in parallel operation:
• Ventilation of rooms (storehouses, factory floors)
• Fans on chillers
• Fans for air curtains
• Fans in greenhouses
