The machine has to be designed for different traction sheaves, rope diameters and groove geometries.
A flexible machine frame must be available for the machine as an accessory. The machine frame must ensure a suitable wrapping angle, even for the traction sheaves with relatively small diameters.
For the emergency evacuation the brake of the machine must be suitable for a mechanical hand release system. This feature makes the integration in the existing elevator control much easier.
