By installing the ZAselect ZRV in a computer or through the transfer of ZAselect ZRV to third parities, you exhibit your agreement with the conditions of use herein described.
ZRV is protected by copyright laws and regulations in international contracts.
1. USAGE PERMISSION
The software can be freely used by private parties as well as for commercial purposes. The software is Freeware, i.e. the usage is free of charge and not restricted in time.
2. DESCRIPTION OF ADDITIONAL RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
You are not authorized to reverse engineer the software product, decompile or de-assemble it, other than for, and in as far as, these purposes are authorized by applicable law.
A commercial utilization or propagation - in any form whatsoever - requires a written assent. The transfer on magazine CD's and linking in online offers (e.g. download archives) is allowed.
3. COPYRIGHT
The ownership and copyright of the software product (including, but not limited to any kind of pictures, photographs, animations, video, music, text, and "applets", which are included in the software), the printed accompanying materials and all copies of the software product lie with Ziehl-Abegg. Ziehl-Abegg retains all rights that are not explicitly allowed in the conditions of use.
4. PRODUCT SUPPORT
As a user of ZAselect ZRV, you have no claim to product support by Ziehl-Abegg. Product support will be offered via email and telephone.
5. UPDATING
Ziehl-Abegg is not obliged to make updates for the ZAselect ZRV available. However, all updates provided by Ziehl-Abegg are covered by this license agreement.
6. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
As far as legally allowed, Ziehl-Abegg is in no case liable for any damage whatsoever regardless of what kind, including no limitation concerning direct or indirect damage or injury due to bodily harm, profit, operational interruption, loss of commercial information, or any other financial damage due to the use of this product or from the fact that it could not be used, even if the licensor has been made aware of the possibility of such damage or harm. In any case, the entire liability of the licensor is limited in every single regulation in this contract to the sum that was actually paid for the software.
