Cause:
- during travel or at standstill, the DC link voltage rises to over 850 VDC
Remedial action:
- check the parameter "A_NEG" in the "Decelerating" menu and reduce it if necessary
- check the connection and function of brake chopper / brake resistor
- check the parameter "BC_TYP" in the "Encoder & BC" menu
- Compare the displayed value "U_DC" in the "Brake-Chopper" info menu with the measured value at the DC+ and DC- terminals (measuring range 1000 VDC, ATTENTION: high voltage). If the displayed voltage deviates by more than 5 %, the device is defective. If the measured voltage is greater than 620 V, the mains voltage does not conform to the standard.
- switch ZAdyn off and on again
- check the brake chopper / brake resistor dimensioning
