Repair Technician (m/f)


Description of role

  • Track & maintain service tool calibration
  • Track & document returns 
  • Customer visits for on-site troubleshooting & service calls  
  • Assist in analyzing HVAC equipment  
  • Communication with customers as required
  • Service customer equipment
  • Electrical & mechanical troubleshooting 

Job requirements

  • Electrical work experience, licensed electrician beneficial
  • NFPA 70E certification beneficial
  • Quality auditing (beneficial)
  • Analytical skills 
  • Problem solving ability 
  • Customer oriented personality and good oral and written communication skills
  • Heavy lifting (50lbs), standing for long periods, operating a crane
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel within North America (~20%)
  • Computer skills: MS Office, ErP systems
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Legally authorized to work in the US
