ZAvblue was developed for high volume flow rates combined with a compact design. Whether AC or EC motor technology is selected, ZAvblue is suitable for numerous applications. The same overall height as common market standards enables straightforward replacement. Depending on the application, the new compact design of the fan permits the use of smaller sizes than previously required, with comparable performance. Reduced air, performance, and deflection losses under axial flow conditions support a high air throughput in ZAvblue.
Free-running ZAvblue impeller with 7 backward-curved, fluted blades in dimensions 175 to 630 mm. Impeller made of high-performance composite material. Version with inlet nozzle made of plastic. Volume flow rate of around 19,000 m³/h free blowing, max. static pressure increase up to 800 Pa possible. GR modules for compact installation in customer applications/devices for horizontal and vertical air feed.
Designed for high volume flow rates, efficient operation, and low sound power levels through a special three-dimensional blade geometry with diagonal outflow, with reduced rotational tone. Suitable for low-pressure applications in confined installation spaces.
