MAXventowlet

A few years ago, ZIEHL-ABEGG set an important milestone with the introduction of biomimetic blades. Now the third generation of MAXventowlet medium-pressure fans also benefit from this proven design. The model series impresses with its low noise emissions, boasting an improvement of up to 12 dBA compared to the previous models. Thanks to the unique ZAmid® high performance composite material, these light blades are corrosion-free and perfectly suited for medium pressure ranges. The modular system of the MAXventowlet model series (up to a blade diameter of 1,400 mm) offers a high level of adaptability with different blade materials, housing lengths, or number of blades.
Maximum efficiency with minimum noise emissions – even in applications with flammable gases and dusts: The Ex design of MAXventowlet ensures maximum safety with outstanding performance in explosive zones 1 and 2.

Product specification:

This modular, high-performance axial fan can be optimally adapted to your individual requirements. The biomimetic blade design ensures optimal efficiency with the lowest noise development and a particularly high performance density thanks to internal rotor motors. This biomimetic axial fan is available with both AC and EC technology (ECblue).
Available in sizes from 315 – 1,400 mm with flow rates up to 144,500 m3/h and static pressures up to 2,200 Pa.

  • Low operating costs of the axial fan due to optimal efficiency, and minimum noise emissions as a result of biomimetic blade design
  • Ideally tailored to the operating point thanks to factory-set blade angle in conjunction with the number of blades
  • Short and long housing as per Eurovent (315 - 1,400 mm)
  • Galvanized steel, 304 or 316L stainless steel housing; colour coating or hot-dip galvanized finish available as options
  • Smooth operation and high durability thanks to dynamic balancing on 2 levels
  • For use in zone 1 & 2 for gases or zone 21 & 22 for dusts in equipment group II in accordance with Directive 2014/34/EU
