Deflection pulleys with different diameters and rope-friendly materials with excellent sliding properties are available for optimum guidance of the suspension means. Thanks to the high-grade bearings, the deflection pulleys are not only extra durable, but also feature quiet running properties.
Deflection pulleys for plastic bearer cables with a diameter of 120 mm to 520 mm. To enable our customers to find a suitable deflection pulley, deflection pulleys with different rim widths, groove radii and a different number of grooves are available. Equipped with the right axle and other accessories, installation in the customer’s system is easy.

In addition to deflection pulleys for cables used as suspension means, our customers can also opt for deflection pulleys for belts that are compatible with the ZAtopx. The deflection pulleys are designed in a way that enables them to use a diameter of 100 mm, like the traction shaft in the ZAtopx. The individual treads are also calculated to fit the use of belts with a width of 30 mm. The deflection pulleys can be configured to accommodate two to five belts. The maximum axle load is 2,500 kg.
