Versatile, highly efficient HR module with free-running impellers from the ZAbluefin series in a biomimetically optimized design with diffuser effect that sets new standards in system efficiency. The HR module is available in combination with impeller sizes 315 to 560 mm and the latest ECblue motor technology in IE5. The 2nd generations of our ECblue are equipped with Modbus and ZAbluegalaxy functionality as standard. The HR modules always have the measuring device for volume flow determination. Air flow rates of up to 19,000 m3/h free-blowing or pressure increases of up to 2,200 Pa are possible.

Properties & special features:

The high-efficiency HR module is designed with an aerodynamic housing, which is similar to the diffuser effect. The innovative design with its four-sided housing opening have been designed to optimize airflow and provide greater conversion of dynamic pressure to static pressure. In addition, these have been designed to reduce turbulence. This brings the advantage that the efficiency of the HR modules when installed is only slightly affected, unlike conventional fans on the market.

These premium products are provided with a high-quality plastic coating that ensures standard use in sensitive hygienic or swimming pool applications.

During the design of the housings, great importance was attached to integrating the same connections to customer equipment in order to be able to replace existing products without great effort. Therefore, it was important that customer interfaces are identical to our existing products. This ensures an uncomplicated changeover to a product with higher efficiency.
