Lightweight, robust, durable, and efficient. The high-performance centrifugal impeller Cpro in sizes 250 to 630 mm is suitable for demanding applications, including high operating temperatures, strict hygiene requirements, and various air conditioning configurations. The high-performance composite material ZAmid®, developed according to current engineering standards, makes the impeller lighter than steel while offering enhanced strength properties. ZAmid® enables longer system operating times, supports reduced power consumption, and contributes to the reduction of noise emissions. The Cpro ZAmid® features a flow-optimised impeller with three-dimensional blade geometry.
Free-running Cpro impeller made from the ZAmid high-performance composite material with 7 backward-curved, fluted blades in dimensions of 250 to 630 mm. Volume flow rates of up to 30,000 m³/h free blowing, static pressure increase of up to 2,500 Pa possible. Version with hub and inlet nozzle with measurement device for volume flow measurement. GR modules for compact installation in customer applications/devices for horizontal and vertical air feed. ER built-in fans e.g. for vibration-damped use in central air-conditioning units with horizontal air feed.
Impeller with rotating vaneless diffuser for high efficiency levels and favourable acoustic characteristics. Reduced blade pass tone due to special three-dimensional blade geometry. Due to the high-performance composite material, it offers an extended operating temperature range from -35 to +80 °C and good chemical resistance.
Execution in accordance with DIN EN 45545-2 is available, using fire-safety-certified ZAmid.
