The high-performance Cpro centrifugal impeller in dimensions of 250 - 630 mm can respond to any challenge – be it high operating temperatures, special hygiene requirements or other air conditioning applications. ZAmid®, the high-performance composite material developed using the latest scientific insights, makes the impeller significantly lighter than steel - and even improves durability. ZAmid® offers new possibilities in regards to system runtimes, ensures lower power consumption, and leads to a drastic reduction in sound levels. To put it simply, the Cpro ZAmid® is a marvel of the flow technology world with three-dimensional blade geometry.
Free-running Cpro impeller made from the ZAmid high-performance composite material with 7 backward-curved, fluted blades in dimensions of 250 to 630 mm. Volume flow rates of up to 30,000 m³/h free blowing, static pressure increase of up to 2,500 Pa possible. Version with hub and inlet nozzle with measurement device for volume flow measurement. GR modules for compact installation in customer applications/devices for horizontal and vertical air feed. ER built-in fans e.g. for vibration-damped use in central air-conditioning units with horizontal air feed.
Impeller with rotating, non-fluted diffusor for extremely high efficiency levels and favorable acoustic characteristics. Reduced tonal noise as a result of special 3D blade geometry. The high-quality plastic material allows for a wide application temperature range of -35 to +80°C and also offers a high level of chemical resistance.
Version according to DIN EN 45545-2 possible through fire prevention certified ZAmid.
