ZAcube with Premium Optimizer

Square, flexible and energy-efficient: the new ZAcube fan system. With just a few simple steps, you can effortlessly assemble an energy-efficient fan arrangement in a range of shapes and sizes to suit your requirements. Up to five levels can be stacked. The modules can be assembled by hand with standard screws, using simple connection fittings. They are self-supporting and can therefore be installed without additional bracing. Smooth surfaces and the absence of sharp edges make ZAcube easy to clean. ZAcube is compatible with standard filter dimensions, is cost-effective and simplifies planning.

Product specification:

A stackable fan module system with an integrated Premium Optimizer, designed for high efficiency and reduced noise. The modules contain free-running impellers from the ZAbluefin series for high system efficiency, or Cpro impellers for high performance in sizes from 315 to 560 mm. The impeller is made from the high-performance composite material ZAmid. Airflow rates of up to approximately 17.500 m³/h are possible in free-blowing operation, with a maximum static pressure increase of up to 2.100 Pa. The modules are easy to handle and can be assembled into a fan arrangement for horizontal airflow in air handling units or for retrofitting existing equipment.

Properties & special features:

ZAcube modules include the Premium Optimizer. It improves the airflow pattern at the module outlet and supports the system’s ventilation performance. It also improves acoustic characteristics. Downstream components receive a more uniform airflow, which can allow them to be positioned closer to the fan.

The modular design of ZAcube fans makes it quick and easy to assemble them into a fan arrangement. Fans can be stacked up to five levels high and operated in parallel.

The modules have smooth surfaces and no sharp edges. The Premium Optimizer’s click-fit system provides good access and makes cleaning easier, helping to meet demanding hygiene requirements.

Standardised connecting screws are supplied with every ZAcube and make it easy to connect the modules to one another. The continuous flange plane allows ZAcube modules to be sealed against one another, minimising leakage between modules.

The space-saving design of the ZAcube modules also offers advantages during transport and handling.
