ZAsilo combines many years of agricultural expertise with high quality. It delivers energy savings of 30% compared with a standard 2-pole AC fan, without any significant loss of ventilation performance for your grain silo. Designed for demanding conditions, ZAsilo combines a precisely balanced impeller with a quiet, high-performance motor in a pest- and corrosion-resistant housing. ZAsilo provides full control with a ramp-up function and requires little starting current, making it suitable for a single-phase power supply. Its lightweight, compact design means it can be installed by one person.
A speed-controlled fan system for suitable ventilation of grain stored long term in a variety of silo systems. Adequate ventilation is essential to keep stored grain dry and cool, reducing the risk of germination and insect infestation.
The ZAsilo fan system features a welded, coated scroll housing and a Cpro impeller made from high-performance composite material, in sizes from 250 to 400 mm, driven by an ECblue motor.
Air volumes of up to 10,000 m³/h are available in free-blowing operation, with a static pressure increase of up to 2,600 Pa.
With the available rain and sun canopy combined with an intake guard, ZAsilo is designed for outdoor installation directly beside the silo.

An impeller with a rotating diffuser for high efficiency and favourable acoustic performance. The special three-dimensional blade geometry reduces tonal noise.
The scroll housing, combined with the rain and sun canopy and intake guard, is designed for unprotected outdoor use. With the optional animal-protection accessory for the electronics package, ZAsilo can be used safely outdoors.
The five-step switch fitted directly to the housing enables simple, situation-specific speed control for grain drying, continuous ventilation and other applications. An optional airtight intake cover is also available to prevent uncontrolled gas from escaping through the fan when the contents of the silo are treated with gas.
