SRM TOOL

At its headquarters in Germany, ZIEHL-ABEGG SE already relies on JAGGAER, a leading global provider of SRM solutions. By using this system, our partners benefit from established best practices and a standardised, efficient exchange of information. The supplier portal offers a wide range of functions designed to support transparent and seamless collaboration.
 

  • SRM Basic  forms the core of the software and is used for centralised master data management. Key features include product group-specific supplier onboarding and master data maintenance by our business partners.​
  • The POM (Purchase Order Management) module enables the digital exchange of purchase orders and order confirmations.​
  • Via VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory), we link planning elements with our business partners to drive forward vertical integration within the supply chain. ​​ 
  • RFQ (Request for Quotation) is used for the system-driven and transparent processing of enquiries. This ensures that supplier partners receive all relevant data and can upload quotations digitally in a traceable manner.​
  • Supplier evaluations are provided via the SPM (Supplier Performance Measurement) module and are based both on KPIs relating to delivery performance and on internal ‘soft facts’ concerning the supplier relationship.​

As a potential new supplier, you have the option of registering independently via the SRM tool. You will go through a system-based process that requests all relevant information, from registration to key commercial details.
